Categories

The bulk of each Breakdown Sheet will be taken up by the Elements assigned to it. Each Element is added to a Category, and you have the flexibility to customize the Categories available in your Schedule. Click a Category to update it. Choose to add multiple Elements per Category using the checkboxes if needed.

The default Categories are:

  • Additional Labor
  • Animal Wrangler
  • Animals
  • Art Department
  • Background Actors
  • Camera
  • Cast Members
  • Greenery
  • Makeup/Hair
  • Mechanical Effects
  • Miscellaneous
  • Music
  • Notes
  • Props
  • Security
  • Set Dressing
  • Sound
  • Special Effects
  • Special Equipment
  • Stunts
  • Vehicles
  • Visual Effects
  • Wardrobe

Editing Categories

  • To edit a Category name, click the Category header and then click Edit (pencil icon). Change the name of the Category in the dialog box that appears and then click Save & Close. Each Category name must be unique.
  • To add a new Category, click Add Category in the top right of the Breakdown Sheet, selecting a name for the Category, and clicking Save & Close. Each Category name must be unique.
  • Re-order Categories by dragging and dropping the Category header.

Note: Any changes to your Categories will be reflected across the entire Schedule (in every Stripboard and Segment).
