Calendar

The Calendar tab shows the currently planned work for your Schedule. Use it to edit key dates, manage off days, and handle Events that may impact the availability of your Elements.

In This Section

• Navigating the Calendar: Navigate, customize views, set working days, manage off-days and holidays, filter, export, and build your schedule.
• Events: Add, edit, and remove Events.
• Conflict Handling: Understand how Movie Magic Scheduling identifies and displays scheduling conflicts.

Red Flag

The Red Flag feature in the Calendar allows you to mark specific dates with scheduling constraints for individual Elements. Red Flag icons appear on affected strips and elements throughout the application.

Note

To go to the Start Date of your active Sub-Board, click the double arrow on the right of the calendar part.
