    • Refined Sharing Experience: Several usability improvements to the Multi-User Collaboration interface.
    • How It Works:
      • Double-click on a schedule in list view to open it directly.
      • The multi-user icon is hidden when no schedules are shared with a receiver.
      • The divider line between owner and collaborators is removed for a cleaner list.
      • All sharing dropdown icons are aligned to the left for consistency.
      • Menu bar options are limited when user is not logged in.
  • Schedule History

    • Track Every Change on Shared Schedules: A new Schedule History tab (next to Reports) provides a comprehensive log of all changes made to a shared schedule, with date separators and collaborator-level detail.
    • Stay Informed Across Your Team: Filter by collaborator or date range to quickly find what changed, who changed it, and when.
    • How It Works:
      • Access the Schedule History tab on any shared schedule to view a chronological log of all changes.
      • Use the "Shared With" dropdown to filter changes by a specific collaborator. The number of changes each collaborator has made appears next to their name.
      • Set FROM and TO date pickers to narrow the log to a specific time period.
      • The log auto-refreshes as new edits are made, so you always see the latest activity.
  • Calendar Filtering

      • Filters are specific to the current sub-board and persist until you close the schedule.

      • Category and Element options are hidden when the sub-board is set to Boneyard.

    • Better Scheduling Decisions: Spot days with unusually high or low staffing at a glance without running a report.
    • How It Works:
      • Resource counts appear on each strip showing the total number of elements for that shooting day.
      • Counts update automatically when you modify breakdowns.
  • Red Flag Enhancements

    • Element-Level Visibility: A red flag icon now appears next to any flagged element in the Elements tab, so you can identify conflicts at a glance.
    • Red Flag Details in Edit Element: View an element's red flag details directly in the Edit Element modal without switching to the Red Flag Manager.
    • Filtered Views and Export: Filter the Red Flag Manager by element and export the active view to PDF.

      • Flagged elements display a red flag icon in the Elements tab.
      • Open the Edit Element modal to see a "Red Flags" section showing start/end dates, flag type, and notes for that element's flags.
      • In the Red Flag Manager, use the new element typeahead with checkboxes to filter the table to specific elements. Select "All" to see everything, or narrow to individual cast or crew.
      • Save or print the active red flags view (filtered or unfiltered) as PDF for offline reference and crew distribution.
  • Find & Replace Improvements

    • Search by Scene Length: Find scenes within specific screen time or page count ranges to locate scenes that match production criteria.
    • Edit Inline Without Switching Tabs: Update element names, categories, synopses, and breakdown fields directly from Find & Replace results.

      • The Clear button is renamed to Reset for consistency across the application.
