Exporting Schedule Data

Data from your Movie Magic Scheduling file can be exported to a .mbl (Movie Magic Library) format for use in Movie Magic Budgeting.

To export the data from your currently active Schedule, Stripboard, and Segment:

1. Select File, then the MMS6 export option.
2. A message will display, prompting you to select a destination to save the file.
3. Once saved, you can import the file into MMS6.

The .mbl format includes all your elements and the number of WORKING days they are scheduled for in the current segment.

Note: If you are building a schedule with multiple segments, you may need to export more than one .mbl file to transfer the correct information to Movie Magic Budgeting.
