Exporting Schedule Data

You can export Schedule Data to MMS6, to MMB7, or MMB10.

To Export To MMS 6

To export to MMS6 the data from your currently active Schedule, Board, and Sub-Board:

  1. Select File, then the MMS6 export option.

  2. Because of the new features in MMS10, a warning message will display. Click on Export.

  3. Select a destination to save the file.

  4. Once saved, you can import the file into MMS6.

Note

If you are building a schedule with multiple Sub-Boards, you may need to export more than one .msd file to transfer the correct information to Movie Magic Budgeting.

To Export To MMB7 Or MMB10

You can also export to Movie Magic Budgeting 10 the active Sub-Board.

  1. Select File, then the MMB (active Sub-Board) export option.
  2. Save on your computer.

The .mbl (Movie Budgeting Library) file can be imported into MMB7 or MMB10. When imported, it brings in all categories that include an element with the number of working days based on the active Sub-Board.
