EP Cloud Backup

With EP Cloud Backup, your Schedules are secured on the EP Cloud, so you can access them from any computer or recover previous versions.

Access Backups

To access Schedules on the EP Cloud:

  1. Open the File menu.
  2. Select EP Cloud Backup.

Schedules are backed up to the EP Cloud when you save. Each save is tracked as a distinct backup that captures the known filename, file path, and save date.

Note: You can also access the EP Cloud via the EP CLOUD BACKUP button on the Home Screen

Recover a Backup

To recover a backup Schedule copy on the EP Cloud:

  1. Select a listed Schedule.
  2. Click RECOVER SCHEDULE to open a copy of that backup in MMS in an unsaved state. Review or edit the copy as needed, then save or discard.

Note: This action does not affect the original file you were working on that the backup was saved from.

Delete a Backup

To delete a backup Schedule copy from the EP Cloud:

  1. Select a listed Schedule.
  2. Click DELETE FROM CLOUD.

Note: This action does not affect the original file you were working on that the backup was saved from.

Disable EP Cloud Backup

To disable EP Cloud Backup:

  1. Turn off the toggle at the top of the window so that it reads EP CLOUD BACKUP: DISABLED
  2. No Schedules will be backed up while this option is checked, but existing backups will remain.

Delete All Backups

To delete all backups from the EP Cloud:

  1. Click DELETE ALL FROM CLOUD.
